The below Terms & Conditions of business apply to all orders placed via the HandbagsIn.com, where we process and dispatch the order.   

Placing an Order & Stock Availability

1. All items offered on our website are subject to availability and price change. We endeavor to advise on our website of any items that are currently out of stock, wherever possible. If an item ordered is out of stock we will endeavor to notify you within two working days of your order being placed. We will advise you of the likely time scale of any delay and/or price change, but you are of course at liberty to cancel your order.

2. Orders for any of our products can be placed via our Secure Online Server .

3. All orders placed will be treated as an offer to purchase. Any automated reply that you receive shall not be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer to purchase. Acceptance of your offer to purchase shall only be deemed to be complete when we have sent a confirmation email of the dispatch of the goods, to the email address that you have provided (whether or not you receive that email). We reserve the right to refuse or reject any offer to purchase at any time.

4. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible - usually within two working days. Bulk orders may take longer due to verification and serious QA and QC.

5. All orders are checked by our Order Verifying Team for the security of both you and us. Our Order Verifying Team may request proof of address and/or proof of identification from you before your order can be processed. If this is the case we will contact you giving you full details of what is required.

6. The order that when you use credit card to pay we will carry out checks and authorizations with the card issuer for security reasons. If any problems occur with the authorization of your credit card we will contact you with further details.

Payment and Ownership of Goods

1. We accept payment Bank Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram , Visa and Mastercard as well. We will never debit any credit card until the order is ready for dispatch.

2. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that we are authorized to charge your credit card for the goods supplied. You also agree that we are authorized to charge your card with any other charges specified within these Terms and Conditions and within our Returns Policy.

3. Goods supplied by us remain our property until the goods are paid for in full. If the payment is declined by your cardholder, or your cheque is not honored by your bank, whether before or after dispatch of the goods to you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

If the goods have been dispatched we may:

a. Require you to return the goods to us in good condition within 7 days; or

b. Require you to pay in full by satisfactory alternative means within 7 days.
Website Accuracy

1. Our Website Production & Design team work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible and in order to achieve this, our website is updated on most days.

2. However we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied, especially such things as product specifications, network tariffs, call charges and special offers and promotions which may change without prior notice, before or after you have placed your order with us.

3. Products, prices, offers and promotions are valid only for the period they are displayed on our website (unless otherwise stated) - all of which are subject to availability. If any of these should change to your detriment or become unavailable in the period after you have placed an order with us we will contact you before proceeding with the order.

4. Pictures of products are as a representation only and should be used only as a guide. Specifications and/or colors of products may change without prior notice.

5. In the event that, after we accept your order, we discover that the products/services ordered are unavailable or that there was a pricing error on our website in respect of the products/services ordered, we reserve the right not to supply the products/services ordered and to offer you a refund or alternative products/services in accordance with the conditions below.

6. Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on HandbagsIn.com are accurate at the time you place your order. If within 2 days of accepting your order a pricing error is found in respect of any or all of the products/services you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible detailing the mis-priced products/services and offering you the option of:

a. placing a new order at the correct price for those products/services;

b. canceling the whole of your order; or

c. canceling your order for the mis-priced products/services and reconfirming your order for the correctly priced products/services.

If, within 14 days of receipt of our notice to you, you have not responded by selecting one of the available options at conditions a to c above then:

a. if all of the products/services you have ordered are found to be mis-priced, the entire order will be cancelled automatically and HandbagsIn.com will refund or re-credit you for any sum you have paid for those products/services; or

b. if only some of the products/services you have ordered are found to be mis-priced, we will deliver the correctly priced products/services but we will not be obliged to supply you with the mis-priced products/services. In these circumstances we will refund you for any sum you have paid for the mis-priced products/services.

8. To avoid any doubt, where products/services are unavailable and you order alternative products/services from us, or where products/services have been mis-priced and you subsequently order such products/services at the correct price, these terms of sale shall apply to the order and the supply of the relevant products/services, whether the order is placed through our website or otherwise.

Warranty

1. All products come with a 12-month manufacturer's, or HandbagsIn.com warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights which cannot be excluded or restricted at law.

2. Additional insurance and extended warranty periods for mobile phone handsets maybe available at an extra cost on certain products. We do advise that you consider taking this "Insurance" wherever possible.
Delivery

1. All orders will be delivered within one week upon successful payment confirmation. You should be able to receive your order within 3-10 business days depending on courier you selected, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Packages are usually delivered by FedEx, DHL, EMS or Airfreight.
 

2. Parcels sent to remote parts of your country may take longer to deliver.

3. In the event of where your package is lost by the shipping courier, we will only replace with the amount that is declared on the invoice according to your request. Goods sold are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

Privacy Policy

1. Any information collected by us, including that gathered at the time of ordering/registration is collected lawfully.

2. We do not sell or transmit any customers personal information, including email addresses, to any organization for any purpose other than for processing orders placed with us (if necessary).

3. Where there is sufficient evidence to suggest that fraud is being perpetrated, (such as the stated name and address being different to that of the credit card owner), we reserve the right to pass identification (such as name, address, email and ISP details) to other businesses, fraud data bases and relevant authorities.

4. From time to time we may send you information via email or post regarding your purchase or regarding other services/products available from us. We would always provide an "opt-out" or "unsubscribe" option in any electronic correspondence to enable you to stop any further mailings if you so wished.

Pricing

1. Unless we indicate otherwise, all prices stated not include VAT and delivery cost. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2. All payments will be subject to a 3% transaction fee if paid online. This transaction fee covers processing costs associated with financial institutions.
 
Return and Refund Policy

Our Returns Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Business and applies to all goods and services supplied by us.

It is essential that you read and fully understand our Returns Policy and familiarise yourself with our returns time limits and the charges that will be incurred should goods not be sent back in the same condition and/or with items missing.

On occasions a product return may be requested by us. In rare instances networks can change their mind regarding a credit decision when further information is revealed after the dispatch of the goods. We reserve the right to request that the goods be returned to us for a full refund of any monies paid plus reasonable postage/carriage costs. In the event that these goods are not returned or returned in a less than pristine condition we reserve the right to charge the customer the cost of the goods supplied.

We aim to process all refunds within 24 hours of us receiving the returned goods. Refunds will normally be transferred via bank, Western Union, MoneyGram, Xoom or credit card.

We regret we are unable to provide refunds or compensation for the loss of any costs you have encountered due to the return or replacement of your goods. Refunds can not be given if we judge that the product has been willfully damaged, misused, neglected, overloaded, modified, adapted or repaired.

If you have cause for complaint regarding any service or product provided by us please contact our Customer Service Team. We endeavor to respond to all complaints within two working days and aim to resolve any problems as soon as we can after receiving details of a complaint.
